Project Process
What is the project process?
At the time of the initial phone query, general information about the work required will be gathered and an appointment made for a consultation. The consultation will involve assessing the proposed site and a more detailed discussion as to what is required. We can work from existing designs or recommend an architect to handle design or planning matters if needed. We work closely with all homeowners to ensure that their wants and needs are incorporated during the planning stage while using our experience to provide options and make recommendations. A detailed, itemized and written quote for the entire project will be presented once costings have been determined. If agreed upon, a contract will be drawn up detailing the work to be carried out, schedules, payment stages and completion target. We believe a concise, step by step plan, documenting the process the project will follow gives the homeowner clarity and peace of mind.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
We are available to meet customers at their convenience. Both daytime and evening hours are available.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
Yes, all rubbish arising from the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
