PJB Construction Ltd (formerly PP Cousins Ltd) is directed by Philip Brown, a plumber by trade with over 15 years experience in building and construction.

Our Team

All projects are carried out by a core team of six builders and tradesmen. This is team is further supported by our network of specialists tradespeople that we have worked with over many years. We also work closely with an independent architect for advice and help on planning.

Project Planning

We strongly believe that building projects must be carefully structured from the start. We provide a detailed, itemized and written quote for the entire project. If agreed upon, a contract will be drawn up detailing the work to be carried out, schedules, payment stages and completion target. A concise, step by step plan, documenting the process the project will follow gives the homeowner clarity and peace of mind.

Ongoing Quality Control

With the exception of smaller projects, we use an independent engineer who works on behalf of the homeowner and who will issue a certificate of compliance upon completion of the project.
